The term RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication".
If you click the orange "RSS" icon you'll probably see a bunch of gibberish that makes little sense to you.
Actually if you're using a modern browser such as Internet Explorer 7 or FireFox 3, you may see something more sensible, but wonder why.
The answer is that RSS feeds aren't intended for humans to read, but for an "RSS Reader", a program that grabs up-to-date information from our site and presents it to you without having to open your browser and visit us directly.
Outlook has an RSS reader for example, or there is a free one that you can download from here: http://www.rssreader.com/download.htm.
If you own a website you can you data from our RSS feeds to provide relevant and up-to-date information about products on our site. All we ask is that you credit us as the source by including a link to http://www.shappsandcoutts.com.
