We do our upmost to give fair descriptions, to minimise any discrepancy. Sizes given are height, width and depth, measured as closely as possible. Many of our products are made from natural materials, where some variations may occur.

Therefore we offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.

Any product in this category, will be disposed of safely and we give our Customers the opportunity to return their WEEE item to us, free of charge, within 28 days of purchasing their new item. A like for like replacement is offered.

Delivery

Please make sure that you check your items carefully on receipt. Do keep your receipt for proof of purchase in the event of a query.

When placing orders you must provide a valid email address and postcode to ensure contact with you and correct addressing of parcels. Confirmation of dispatch will be sent to your email address to guide you as to when your delivery will be made. We will only charge for one delivery per order, however many items are included on one order (the highest rate will apply).

Delivery prices quoted apply to mainland UK addresses only, (POBox numbers are excluded). Areas not included: Northern Ireland - Isle of Wight - Isle of Man - Isles of Scilly - Scottish Islands

Of course we are delighted to deliver to these places, but please ask for quote of delivery costs.

Standard Delivery

We will advise you of the position of stock on receipt of your order and then be able to tell you the dispatch date. Prices quoted are on Post Office/Parcel Force second class delivery service.

Special Delivery - For more urgent receipt of goods, we can quote for next working day, please ask.

Specified delivery date of your choice. We do our best to meet requirements, but there may be an additional charge for this service. You will be notified if it proves necessary. We will always endeavour to keep within the standard costs. Do give good notice for a specific date to be met.

Delivery Service

Our standard delivery uses the postal services (second class), unless items are unsuitable, in which case we will advise you of the carrier used. Packages delivered require a signature.

Matters beyond our control

Should circumstances arise whereby the goods cannot be delivered within the expected timescale, we will do our upmost to agree with you the next possible date.

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may cancel your order (without giving any reason), by notifying us within 7 days from receipt of the goods. You must then return the goods at your own expense. Goods must be in the original packaging, exactly as delivered to you, and they must be in a new condition. Refunds will be made within PayPal terms and conditions.

If the goods are faulty (or not what was ordered), then contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange with you to return the product, which must be packed securely, at our expense.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected at all times.
